Microsoft have announced that SharePoint 2010, Visio 2010 and Project 2010 has now gone to RTM. Over the coming weeksdays organisations and the public will be able to gain access to the software.
Currently Microsoft has confirmed the following dates:
Volume License customers with active Software Assurance (SA) from April 27th
Volume License customers without SA able to purchase from May 1st
All Remaining customers May 12th
The BPOS upgrade is still set for 2010 H2 (September- December time frames)

SharePoint 2010, Office 2010, Project 2010 and Office Web Applications 2010 RTM now avalible on MSDN.
Just need to wait for SQL 2008 R2 for the extended BI features
MSDN is expected to have SQL 2008 R2 on the 3rd of May
