Exchange Online 2013 has had the MetroUI applied, most of the features are the same albeit that the FOPE admin site appears to be rolled into Exchange Online Admin, therefore making Mail Routing and Protection rules easier to administer
Exchange online 2013 will provide the following new features:
- DLP
- OWA 2013 Touch UI
- improved Delegation Control (no more powershell for send as)
- Exchange Public folders makes an appearance (for how long not sure)
- ExchangeOWA Apps
